How does it work?

A series of questionnaires and structured interviews designed to elicit the required data are conducted with key staff.

The results of these interviews are then consolidated and analysed to identify which staff groups, functions and processes would benefit from access to corporate information, applications and systems via mobile devices.

For each of these groups we identify and quantify the business benefits in the form of achievable cost savings, process improvements, revenue generation or customer satisfaction. This data is then used to formulate a recommendation to the client as to how they can best leverage the mobile business capabilities that exist today.
